How it Works

 

Deposit and Payment

Upon conformation of your booking a $100 deposit is required to secure your booking date.  The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to your event.  Payment can be made via direct deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations 2 weeks prior to party date will receive a full refund of deposit.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks will require the full deposit being withheld.

Set Up

Our team will deliver and set up the teepees on the day of your event at a convenient time.

Pick up will be the following day after 10am or 11am.

If your require a specific set-up/pick up time, we are happy to discuss.
